Terms of Use

Effective date: September 17, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of tridentcustomcabinets.com (the “Website”), operated for Trident Custom Cabinets (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Website Information Only

The Website provides general information about cabinetry, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, cabinet installation and repair, custom built-ins, furniture, woodworking, and finish carpentry. Website content is not a binding estimate, quote, offer, warranty, service agreement, engineering opinion, code determination, or professional advice. Availability, scope, scheduling, pricing, materials, site conditions, permitting, and project requirements must be confirmed in a separate written estimate, work order, or service agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for the covered services.

Estimates and Requests

Submitting a form, sending a message, requesting an estimate, or receiving an automated confirmation does not create a customer relationship or require either party to proceed. We may accept or decline requests and may require an inspection, additional information, deposits, approvals, or a signed agreement. A statement on the Website about timing, service area, or availability is not a guarantee.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, threatening, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, accounts, servers, forms, or data.
  • Interfere with security, availability, or operation, including by introducing malware or excessive automated traffic.
  • Scrape, copy, frame, republish, or commercially exploit Website content except as allowed by law or our written permission.
  • Impersonate another person or use contact information without authority.

User Submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, transmit, store, adapt, and display that content as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate or perform services, maintain business records, protect legal rights, and operate the Website. You represent that you have the right to provide the content and that doing so does not violate law or another person’s rights. Do not send confidential trade secrets or sensitive personal information through a general inquiry form.

Intellectual Property

The Website and its text, design, graphics, photographs, logos, code, and other content are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Website for personal or legitimate business inquiry purposes. No ownership rights transfer to you. Names and logos belonging to third parties remain the property of their owners.

Third Party Services and Links

The Website may link to or display maps, reviews, social media, videos, scheduling tools, payment services, or other third-party resources. Third parties control their own content, terms, privacy practices, security, and availability. A link or integration does not mean we endorse every statement or service provided by that third party.

Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AS TO THE WEBSITE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, CURRENT, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SO THESE DISCLAIMERS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OWNERS, WORKERS, CONTRACTORS, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING SOLELY FROM WEBSITE USE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, AND THEY DO NOT CHANGE RIGHTS OR REMEDIES UNDER A SEPARATE SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our owners, workers, contractors, website providers, and agents harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit in violation of another person’s rights. This provision does not require indemnification for a claim caused by a protected party’s own unlawful conduct where such indemnification is prohibited.

Changes and Suspension

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and General Terms

North Carolina law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the Website or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court in North Carolina that has jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires another forum. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally by written notice, although this sentence does not shorten a legal deadline or prevent emergency relief.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer. These Terms and any incorporated notices are the entire agreement concerning Website use.
